Marc has successfully managed business analysis, product management, controlling and business development teams, and has driven complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple industries.

With an MBA in Management, Technology, and Economics (EPFL & ETH Zurich) and extensive certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Marc combines structured analytical thinking with pragmatic leadership. He believes program and project management is essential today for organizations seeking resilience, adaptability, and sustainable performance.
