JEO Management Solutions GmbH is led by Marc Franzen, an experienced project and program leader with over 25 years of leadership experience across startups, SMEs and global enterprises. Marc has successfully managed business analysis, product management, controlling and business development teams, and has driven complex projects and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple industries.

With an MBA in Management, Technology, and Economics (EPFL & ETH Zurich) and extensive certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Marc combines structured analytical thinking with pragmatic leadership. He believes program and project management is essential today for organizations seeking resilience, adaptability, and sustainable performance.
